Add your choice of 4" or 3" speakers to your 911 or Boxster
The factory speaker grills on these cars have no provisions for mounting an aftermarket speaker. (986 Boxster dash locations, 996 dash and rear side locations). There is no usable surface for mounting hardware. Our mounting kit solves this problem. The adapter rings are available for either 3" or 4" speakers.
Note: 4" speakers require modification. The mounting tabs need to be cut off. If you choose to purchase speakers with this kit we will cut tabs and mount the speakers for you before shipping them out free of charge!
The mounting hardware is included and comes with 8 machine thread Allen screws as well as the proper drill bit and Allen tool.
Porsche Speaker Grills and Speakers are Not Included
Optional Audison APX4 Speakers Are Available with This Kit.
This is the same coax speaker that is pictured below. Theses speakers can be added at checkout. If these speakers are selected we will trim the mounting tabs off and pre-mount the speakers for you in the adapter rings.

996/986 OEM speaker adapters are an options that can be added to this kit so the factory Porsche wire harness in the car does not have to be cut and modified.
